Former Peel Gasworks Re-Development Site.

This project involved the complete re- development of a redundant gasworks site in centre of Peel to form a mixed use development encompassing four high quality new build warehouse units, two town houses; and the re-construction of an existing derelict office building. The site is located immediately adjacent to the Peel Conservation Area and Manx National Heritage House’s of Mannan Museum, hence a carefully conceived and designed approach to this commercial development was vital in order to ensure a successful result which not only contributes to the economic viability of the town, but also enhances the setting of the adjacent conservation area, marina, and museum.
