This project involved extensive re-modeling of an existing property located on a hillside in Laxey. The property was re-designed in order to maximize the effect of impressive sea and harbor views, as well as to rationalize internal spaces as a response to the client's specific requirements and desires. The main living spaces were re-located to first floor, and the roof spaces were opened up to provide 'light and airy' living accommodation, while maximizing the effect of the fine views from the property.
