This development of eight new build apartments is located in the centre of Port Erin, opposite the Falcons Nest Hotel and near the Railway Station. The apartments are designed to provide two bedroom accommodation suitable for a maximum of three persons. The area of each apartment accords with the Estates & Housing Directorates requirements for such apartments and range between 64.5 and 67 square metres in area. The apartments have access to all levels via a full disabled access lift which is situated within the common area along with the staircase.
