Re- Modeling & Substantial Extension to Existing Property, Colby

This project involved extensive alterations and re-modeling of an existing 1970's bungalow to form an 'executive' private residence.

The design strategy adopted for this project involved the integration of traditional materials and forms into a cohesive and contemporary architectural language, while utilizing energy saving and green technologies.
