Rushen Abbey Hotel, Ballasalla, Isle of Man

Alterations and Refurbishments to Rushen Abbey Hotel, Ballasalla, Isle of Man – Manx National Hertitage.

This project involved careful alteration and repair work to the existing fabric of an eighteenth century building; located in a conservation area; on a site with significant archaeological interest.

The aim of this phase of the project was to form a fully functional building, compliant with all current Building and Fire Regulations; in preparation for the future fit out phases involving the provision of restaurant / café facilities.
